Was hoping someone would like to help us out. We currently have two people who kindly host the show for us. One hosting site is new, I would like to have a php script that would create the links for both sites on a proportional basis, ie 1 in 4 go to one site, 3 in 4 go to another, for example. Basically it would take the current RSS feed, and change the urls.
Anyone feel up to the task. PHP would be the language of choice.

One possibility
I did have a think about it, and one possibility I came up with was giving every person a unique RSS feed which has encoded in it some sort of indication as to which mirror they get each feed from.

I think they had real problems with this for LugRadio, because the feed readers don't take kindly to the changes. Hence the reason that audio.lugradio.org serves all the RSS feeds.

I spoke to Aq earlier and heard about the problems. It's very annoying that podcast clients don't do things properly, like using the GUID. I guess it's because people haven't made their feeds properly in the past.
